COMFORT vs. PREMIUM

COMFORT

The Comfort profile is the standard 60 mm profile in Polycarbonate and PVC white and grey. Height 14 mm and a buoyancy of 8.14 kg/m. Perfect geometry to replace any other profile. Because of its compact size, this slat is applicable in any situation, both in new buildings and renovations, mounted above ground or underwater.

PREMIUM

The Premium profile is also 60 mm wide and has an extra dark chamber to reduce algae formation in the hook joint. The Premium profile in Polycarbonate Solar is available in different colours. It is 15 mm high and thus has a larger overall roll diameter. Due to the extra sealed chamber, the uplift force is also higher: 9.6 kg/m. Take this into account when making replacements.

PVC vs. POLYCARBONAAT

PVC

PVC slats in white or grey have been used on both private and public swimming pools since the 1980s. A PVC slat is a basic slat at an entry-level price when insulation is the main objective. This is why we call it the Standard profile. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor pools. Other colours available on request.

POLYCARBONAAT

Polycarbonate TRI extrusion slats have high impact resistance, toughness and UV resistance. They are resistant to both extremely high and extremely low temperatures, due to the TRI extrusion top layer. Especially suitable for outdoor pools. blueplus COVERS Polycarbonate slats come in two profiles: Comfort and Premium and in various solar and transparent colours.
